1 1 / 4 " CT80 API 5ST Continuous Coiled Tubing for Downhole Operation
Coiled tubing is a single length of up to thousands of meters, can be repeatedly bent, coiled on the drum for delivery of oil and gas pipe, and the traditional oil and gas pipe has a unique advantage of convenient transportation, high efficiency, widely used in acidification, fracturing, sand washing and other non-kill operations, known as the "universal pipe".

The maximum length of the single roll we can manufacture is 8000 meters, the maximum weight of the single roll is 30t(excluding the rolls), and the maximum outer diameter of the rolls is 3.40m. The outer diameter of the tubing ranges from 0.625 inches (15.88 mm) to 1.75 inches (44.45 mm) and the wall thickness ranges from 0.065 inches (1.65 mm) to 0.109 inches (2.77 mm). All dimensions and corresponding parameters comply to API standard, we can also customize it according to customers' requirement details.

Our conventional coiled tubing raw material has low content of sulfur and phosphorus, uniform microstructure, suitable mechanical properties, the flexion ratio of steel coil is lower than 0.80, and the strength performance difference of different parts is within 50MPa. All mechanical properties meet API Spec 5ST specification and have excellent fatigue resistance.
